Lily: The Beginning by Bich Nga Burrill

On that day of May First, Nineteen Thirty in Viet-Nam Lily made her First World’s entrance and thereby entering into her family’s eerily staged history.

There weren’t telephones, computers, text messages, or the internet. And even though she was living in The First World, Lily got a lot of guidance from her ancestors.

They are the citizens and residents of The Second World.

Bich Nga was born in Hanoi and raised in Saigon. She came to the United States in 1973 and in 1977 was married. Her and her husband moved to Maine and had three daughters. Bich Nga opened a catering business and began attending many Farmer’s Markets across the state. After writing two cookbooks Bich Nga found a passion for writing fiction and hopes you enjoy reading her books as much as she has enjoyed writing them.
